A little about our OBX record store by the sea...

Hi, I'm Jordan. It's been a dream of mine for a long time to own a record store. I'm from Arkansas and found my way to the Outer Banks when I met my wife who grew up out here. 

I spent most of my career working retail at various large corporations. Most recently I was an assistant store manager for one of the largest Wal-mart stores in Arkansas. After 8 years with them, I was ready to go out on my own and open a independent record store here on the OBX.

We are excited to be back on the beach - my wife brought her tea shop home after growing her tea business for 5 years in Little Rock, Arkansas. Watching her make that passion work and then survive the pandemic inspired the shit out of me. 

We are headed into our 3rd year of business on the Outer Banks of North Carolina with several Record Store Day events under our belt. I am so grateful to be here.
